Account Registration

Accounts are for personal use only. Corporate accounts, joint accounts, and accounts operated on behalf of another person are not permitted. You may not transfer funds between 566bit accounts, assign your account to another individual, or allow a third party to use your account for any purpose.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 566bit platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 566bit does not charge currency conversion fees because the platform operates natively in BDT. However, your payment provider (e.g., your mobile financial service or bank) may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside 566bit's control.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless an alternative method is approved by the 566bit payments team following a formal request. Bonus Policy

566bit offers a range of promotional bonuses, free spins, reload offers, and cashback incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page as well as these general bonus policy rules. Where any conflict exists between the specific promotion terms and these general rules, the specific promotion terms prevail.

Bonuses are credited to the player's bonus balance, which is separate from the real-money balance. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them can be transferred to the withdrawable real-money balance. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, maximum bet per spin or round while wagering, and expiry deadline are stated on each individual promotion page.

As a general guideline, the following rules apply to all 566bit bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Maximum bet while wagering a bonus: ৳500 per spin or per bet. Placing bets above this limit while a wagering requirement is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Game contribution rates: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, including Baccarat, Roulette, and Blackjack, typically contribute 10%. Sports bets contribute based on the odds multiplier of the specific event. User Obligations

By registering and using the 566bit platform, you agree to comply with the following obligations at all times. Violation of any of these obligations may result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds depending on the severity of the breach.

• Accurate information: You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at registration and to keep your account details up to date at all times.
• Personal use only: Your 566bit account is strictly for your personal use. You must not operate your account on behalf of a third party, allow others to use your account, or use your account for commercial purposes.
• Compliance with laws: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the 566bit platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 566bit does not warrant the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction outside the platform's operational scope.
• No fraudulent activity: You must not engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or manipulative conduct on the platform. This includes but is not limited to chargebacks on legitimate deposits, exploiting software errors, colluding with other players, or using automated tools (bots, scripts) to gain an unfair advantage.
• No abuse of promotions: You must not exploit bonus offers, free spin promotions, or referral programmes in bad faith. 566bit relies on the good faith and honest conduct of its player community to maintain a fair and enjoyable environment for everyone. Players who encounter technical errors, game malfunctions, or unexpected crediting of funds that appear to be a result of a system error must notify 566bit support immediately and must not attempt to exploit or profit from the error. Winnings derived from known software errors are not valid and will be reversed upon detection.

Age Restriction

Access to and use of the 566bit platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. This age restriction applies universally to all 566bit services, including casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, bonuses, and all other features of the platform. There are no exceptions to the 18+ requirement.

Account Closure

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months with a zero balance
• Receipt of a chargeback or reversal from a payment provider without legitimate cause
• Legal requirement, court order, or instruction from a relevant authority

In cases where an account is closed by 566bit due to a Terms violation, any funds held in the account may be withheld pending investigation. Where fraud or money laundering is suspected, funds may be frozen indefinitely and relevant information shared with applicable authorities. 566bit will not be liable for any losses resulting from the closure or suspension of an account in accordance with these Terms.

Inactive accounts — defined as accounts that have had no login, deposit, withdrawal, or gameplay activity for a continuous period of 12 months — may be subject to a monthly dormancy fee of ৳200, deducted from the account balance until either activity resumes or the balance reaches zero. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 566bit, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable to any player for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of, or inability to use, the 566bit platform, its games, payment services, or any other feature, even if 566bit has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Without limiting the foregoing, 566bit specifically excludes liability for:

• Loss of funds due to the player sharing or failing to secure their account login credentials
• Game or platform downtime resulting from scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or force majeure events including natural disasters, power outages, civil unrest, or telecommunications disruptions
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any bank partner
• Interrupted gameplay or lost bets resulting from the player's internet connection dropping during an active game session
• Winnings voided as a result of a verified software error or game malfunction, which by their nature do not represent a valid game result
• Any financial loss, tax liability, or legal consequence arising from the player's use of the 566bit platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited

The 566bit platform and all its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 566bit takes commercially reasonable steps to ensure the continuous availability and technical integrity of the platform, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Players are responsible for maintaining appropriate security software on their own devices.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 566bit's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

By continuing to use the 566bit platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you are at least 18 years of age, and that you agree to be bound by all provisions contained herein.
